In 1999, Markus Launer started his consultancy and interims management business in Frankfurt after completing his corporate career with Hoechst AG. First client was SGL Carbon AG, followed by Philipp Holzmann AG, Media! AG, and Altana Inc. (New York). Since 2002, he is active in New York, where he established the legal entity Transatlantic Investor Relations LLC in 2004. Today the company has been serving over 30 German and Swiss clients from DAX30 to SDAX.
