Transatlantic Investor Relations needs an Access programer. We developed a very innovative Investor Relations Planning Tool that will be based on an access database. You could work in Frankfurt and/or in New York. The job could be designed as a project or for long-term.

We are presently enlarging our business network to United Kingdom, Italy, France, Spain, BeNeLux, Eastern Europe, and Latin America. Therefore we are seeking entrepreneurial senior account managers and IR/PR agencies based in these countries.

Your tasks

You are used to work independently in compiling equity stories and target analyses in which you determine the target investors for our client. You are experienced in conducting perception studies as well as market and industry analyses. You will establish close contacts to equity sales brokers of investment banks in your country. You will support our clients by organizing road shows as well as support them with the day-to-day customer service.

Your Profile

You are an experienced consultant in the broader area of investor relations with strong financial background and hands-on experience in the respective fields. You should have strong analytical capabilities to deeply understand several industries and corporate balance sheets. Are you willing to travel and/or relocate to New York for training?

You have successfully completed your studies and earned your diploma and want to complete an internship in NYC as an entry to your career or write your diploma thesis in the field of “International Investor Relations”?Preferably, the Intership duration would be 6 to 12 months which can easily lead to permanent employment if exceptional performance and dedication is shown.

Your Tasks

You work independently and assist our team in compiling equity stories and target analyses in which you determine the target US investors for each client. You help develop perception studies and market and industry analyses. Preparation of equity sales briefings with brokers of New York investment banks and organization of our clients’ road shows throughout the US as well as the day-to-day customer service will be part of your responsibility, too.

Your Profile

You are very familiar with the main features of cost accounting and statement analysis and have great interest in the stock exchange and the respective companies listed on the different markets.You show strong dedication and exceptional performance. You can blend in a small family-run business, work analytically, process oriented and you are experienced in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You speak English fluently and preferably know other languages like Spanish and French.
